Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of web design projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of web design processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Lead and manage multiple web design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and reports to track project progress.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
Ensure quality control by overseeing project deliverables and ensuring they meet client standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may arise.
Facilitate meetings, both internal and client-facing, to discuss project status, timelines, and potential challenges.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete and organized for easy reference.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web design or digital marketing agency environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of web design and development processes is a plus.
